  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be approved.

Processing Time

  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received.

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.

Return Conditions

Items must:

  • Include original packaging, tags, and labels

  • Not show signs of damage caused by customer misuse
